With this 9-piece Carpoint tyre repair set, you have everything at hand to repair your tubeless tyres of car, motorbike, trailer or van quickly and easily. Suitable for repairing a hole in the tyre up to 6mm, caused for example by a nail, screw or other sharp object.

The set includes:

• 1 Reamer tool with t-handle for drilling out the damaged area
• 1 Plugger tool with t-handle for inserting the plug
• 2 Tubes rubber glue 6ml
• 5 Rubber plugs Perfect for on the road as an emergency solution until you have the tyre professionally checked or repaired.

Instructions for use:

Remove the sharp object from the tyre such as nail or screw. Roughen the hole with the reamer tool. You do this by moving the tool up and down in the hole. Push the plug through the eye of the plugger tool and coat the plug with the provided glue. Insert the plug into the hole with the plugger. Push it into the hole up to about two-thirds. Make sure the plug has gone through the tyre to avoid pushing it out when you inflate the tyre. Pull the plugger tool out with a quick move. Cut off the excess of the plug leaving about 5 mm. Inflate the tyre again.

Tip: While repairing, keep the tyre inflated as much as possible. Air will obviously escape from the hole, but this makes pushing and pulling the plug easier.
