With this 32-piece Carpoint tyre repair set, you have all you need to repair tubeless tyres of car, motorbike, trailer or van quickly and easily. This repair set is good for 25 repairs. The set is suitable for repairing a hole in the tyre up to 6mm, caused, for example, by a nail, screw or other sharp object.

Set contents:

• 1 Reamer tool with metal T-handle
• 1 Plugger Tool with metal T-handle
• 2 Tubes of rubber glue 6ml
• 1 Folding knife to cut the plug
• 1 Plug sleeve or baffle for inserting the plug with the plugger tool
• 1 Allen key
• 25 Rubber plugs

Instructions for use:

Remove the sharp object from the tyre such as the nail or screw. Roughen the hole with the reamer tool. You do this by moving the reamer up and down in the hole. Insert the plugger tool into the plug sleeve or baffle and push the plug through the eye of the plugger tool. Then coat the plug with the provided glue. Next, insert the plug into the hole with the plugger tool until the plug sleeve touches the surface of the tyre (the prop is now about two-thirds inside the hole). Make sure the plug has passed through the tyre to prevent it from being pushed out when you inflate the tyre. Pull the plug tool out of the plug sleeve with a quick motion and cut off the excess of the prop with the knife leaving about 5 mm. Inflate the tyre to the correct pressure again.
