With the Dresco chain cleaner, you clean the bike chain quickly and efficiently, without having to remove the chain from the bike. Fill the chain cleaner with chain cleaning fluid (not included). Do not use thinner, white spirit or other organic solvents, as these will destroy the cleaning brushes in the chain cleaner. Place the chain cleaner around the chain, mount the handle and move the chain through the chain cleaner. Multiple brushes remove dirt and grease from the chain and provide a complete cleaning. If necessary, you can easily clean the derailleur and sprockets with the included brushes. After degreasing and cleaning, treat the chain with chain oil or a chain lubricant.
