The Dresco ART 1* (MBT 4314) chain lock has a length of 100 centimetres and has 7 mm thick hardened chain links. An ART 1* lock is an excellent purchase to protect a bicycle from theft.  The chain lock provides basic theft prevention, for example at a short stop or in places with a low risk of theft. The strong plastic coating around the lock body and the polyester cover protect the bike from any damage. The chain lock comes with 2 keys.

This Dresco chain lock has Security Range 8, which puts it in the Medium Protection category. Security Range 6-10 provides good security and acts as a theft deterrent. These locks are used where the risk of theft is low to medium. Suitable as a second lock to anchor your bicycle to a fixed object, often in combination with a ring lock.
