The Dresco lock is a large shackle lock and made of hardened steel. The bike lock has a thick 16mm U-bracket that is secured with a double lock in the lock housing. The bracket has a special coating that prevents damage to the frame. The outer dimensions of the lock are: 175mm wide and 260mm high. The inside dimensions of the U-bracket are: 100mm inside width and has an inside height of 190mm.

At the bottom of the lock house there is a recessed cylinder to open the lock. This Dresco shackle lock is supplied with frame fastening and two shims so that the fastener almost always fits. The frame mount is mounted on the saddle or seat tube of the bicycle frame. The holder has a quick fastener with which the shackle lock can easily be snapped out of the holder. By using this holder you do not suffer from the lock during cycling. The lock comes with 2 safety keys.

This Dresco shackle lock has Security Range 14 and thus falls into the category High Protection 11-15. Security range 11-15 gives ultimate security. Suitable for use in places where the risk of theft is high, or for more expensive (electric) bicycles, mopeds and scooters.
