The Carpoint 7-core trailer cable can be connected to a trailer or caravan 7-pin plug connector. The 7-pin system transmits all the car’s basic electrical functions. Each wire is 1mm2 in diameter and has its own colour;

• white (earth)  • yellow (left indicator)  • green (right indicator) • brown (right rear light/position light and number plate) • black (left rear light/position light) • blue (continuous power supply) • red (brake lights)

The open cable ends are easy to fit to a 7-pin plug. The Carpoint trailer cable is 5 metres in length.
