It is wise to replace both headlights at the same time. The more hours the lamp is on, the duller it becomes. TIP: Always hold the halogen lamp by the fitting and never by the glass. Greasy fingers can burn in and give a black mark on the glass. This will reduce the amount of light emitted by the lamp and shorten its service life. When replacing the lamp, use a cloth in case you can only mount the lamp when you grab it by the glass.
